If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@paulinekael.com.au. Our dedicated team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please include this number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide you with a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
